Clarifications and General Conditions

These clarifications define the terms and conditions applicable to the import, sale, and organization of private tastings offered by Muitoprazer. The purpose of this document is to eliminate any ambiguity regarding responsibilities, deliveries, event participation, and use of the online platform.

Definitions and Scope

The terms used on the website and in contracts have the following meanings:

"Premium wine" – any product labeled as such on the site, sourced from recognized vineyards and sold with a certificate of authenticity.
"Private tasting" – an event organized exclusively for small groups, with a maximum of 12 participants, held at our premises or at the client's location.
"Corporate event" – a tasting session intended for companies, with a standard duration of 2 hours and a preset menu.
"Online platform" – the website www.muitoprazer.com, including all related pages and functionalities.

Order and Delivery Conditions

Any order placed on the site is subject to the following rules:

The displayed stock is updated in real time, but Muitoprazer reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of inventory errors.
Delivery is carried out exclusively within Romania, within 3–7 business days from payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne by the client, except for promotions that include free shipping.
Product returns are only possible in the case of hidden defects, notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Participation in Tastings

The following clauses apply to tasting events:

Reservations are made exclusively through the interactive calendar on the site, at least 72 hours before the event date.
Cancellation of participation is free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; after this period, the participation fee is non-refundable.
Muitoprazer reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached, with a full refund of amounts paid.
Alcohol consumption is only permitted for adults; the organizer may request identification upon entry.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected through the site is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

The information provided (name, address, email, phone) is used exclusively for order processing and event-related communications.
We do not share data with third parties, except for delivery partners and competent authorities, in cases provided by law.

Limitation of Liability

Muitoprazer cannot be held responsible for:

Damages caused by the carrier, after the package has been handed over to them.
Allergic reactions or individual intolerances to products consumed during tastings.
Delivery delays caused by force majeure (strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics).
Improper use of information published on the site, including wine-food pairing recommendations.

Final Provisions

These conditions may be unilaterally modified by Muitoprazer, with prior notification to users by publishing the new version on the site. Disputes not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts of Bucharest.
